pre-owned homes site--built or
manufactured--includes a visual evaluation of the physical structure, as well as the major components of the home.
We also offer a new home package with a follow-up inspection 11 months after
closing. Additionally, we provide multi-family, commercial, lender,
and muliti-phase construction inspection services. We are expert witnesses and also help with general building consulting.
